How Mathness Works

Mathness deals a set of six tiles drawn from 1 to 100, a target between 100 and 999, and a fixed clock per round. The player combines tiles with +, -, x, and / to land on the target or come closest. The Arithmetic Each Puzzle Trains

KenKen trains factor enumeration and combinatorial reasoning under a no-repeat constraint. A 12x cage in a 4x4 grid resolves to 3x4 or 2x2x3, and the row-column constraint decides which. Additive cages become integer partitions of small targets, and subtractive or divisive two-cell cages collapse to two ordered candidates.
